Atrium Health Stanly Manor provides exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing services to individuals recovering from surgery, illness or an accident. We offer both short- and long-term care. Some of our patients receive out-patient care, some stay with us for a few weeks, and others receive care for a longer period of time and become residents.

Located in Albemarle, North Carolina, Atrium Health Stanly Manor is situated on a nine-acre serene setting and fosters a warm and inviting environment. We have a gazebo and patio area for visiting with family and friends, and we are also a pet-friendly facility, so our residents' pets from home are welcome to visit.

Therapy and Rehabilitation Services

Atrium Health Stanly Manor offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services. Whether an individual requires short-term inpatient rehabilitation following an illness or injury, outpatient therapy or extensive long-term care, the rehabilitation services professionals at Atrium Health Stanly Manor work to create a personalized treatment plan to address each person's needs, goals and capabilities. Atrium Health Stanly Manor believes in helping people achieve the highest level of independence possible.

Skilled Nursing Services

For those needing skilled nursing services, Atrium Health Stanly Manor works in an interdisciplinary process with your primary care physician, specialist and other medical professionals to develop a plan of care for your needs. Atrium Health Stanly Manor has qualified nursing staff 24 hours a day and an administrative staff with years of experience in geriatric care.

Resident Liaison Services

A full-time resident liaison is available to assist residents and families with counseling, education and support services. Our resident liaison can offer information on financial resources in the community and provide discharge planning services for those planning to return back home and into the community.

Beauty and Barber Services

Atrium Health Stanly Manor offers a full-service beauty salon with a licensed beautician who is available to provide weekly beauty and barber services to our residents.

Dietary Services

Under the direction of a certified food service manager and licensed dietitian, the dietary staff at Atrium Health Stanly Manor is trained in preparing therapeutic diets, including nutritious meals and snacks. We provide a select menu daily, where residents may choose from several items for optimal quality of life.

Maintenance and Housekeeping

Housekeeping and maintenance services are available for all residents to ensure a clean, safe and pleasant environment.

Activities

Atrium Health Stanly Manor offers a wide variety of events and activities for all levels of care within the facility. Activities are therapeutic and include outings into the community as well as programs on the Atrium Health Stanly Manor grounds.
