To become a patient at Perspective Health & Wellness, you’ll pay an annual membership fee. The membership fee is not covered by insurance.
We accept most medical insurance, including Medicare, and the billing in our practice functions just like any other primary care doctor’s office. All costs associated with medical services are billed to your insurance company.
Yes. Our practice is committed to providing the highest level of care, which may affect our rates. However, the membership fee in place when you signed your patient agreement will be honored for a full year from the date of your agreement.
You may be able to use your HSA to pay the membership fee. Ask your financial advisor for guidance.
Your insurance will be billed for your doctor visits. According to your health insurance plan, you may have to pay a copay or deductible.
We will bill your insurance company for your tests, but some tests may not be covered by your insurance. If you have a test that is not covered by your insurance, you’re responsible for payment.

Yes. You may select any of the doctors at Perspective Health & Wellness who are accepting new patients.
Yes. All of our doctors are board certified in internal medicine. We also have doctors who specialize in infectious disease and nephrology.
Yes. Specialist referrals will be made as needed for your care.
We refer you to the most appropriate healthcare provider for your needs.
Our doctors want to ensure that you receive coordinated care and personalized attention no matter where you are. That means if you’re ill or injured while traveling, you should call your Perspective Health & Wellness doctor.
If your doctor is away or unavailable, another doctor from Perspective Health & Wellness will care for you until your primary care doctor returns.
You can access portions of your electronic medical record online with MyAtriumHealth. That includes things like your medical history, test results and immunization records. You may also get a copy at our office.
