Cecilia Flynn has over 18 years of experience in clinical research, mainly at a sponsor level where she has worked as a project coordinator, project lead and clinical site monitor. Flynn joined Atrium Health in 2011 and worked at the Atrium Health Institutional Review Board for 4 years before moving to LCI in 2015, where she is currently the Quality Assurance manager and a senior clinical site monitor. During her time at LCI, she developed and implemented a systematic process for assigning risk levels to LCI investigator-initiated protocols using key risk indicators. Flynn leads the development of standard operating procedures and the hiring and training of new members to the department.
