- Pay for your remote medical review.
The fee for your second opinion remote medical review is $500. We can explain payment details when we call you.
- Send all relevant medical records.
Your coordinator will give you a list of medical records that are needed for the review and explain how to submit them.
- We provide your remote second opinion.
Once all medical records, images, labs, pathology and payment have been received, your case will be reviewed within 7 business days.
Patient Exclusions
Because of state laws, our second opinion remote medical record review is not available to patients living in these states:
- Iowa
- Louisiana
- Maine
- Michigan
- North Dakota
- South Carolina
- Tennessee
