Biography

“I strive to care for the women of my community and treat them the way I would want my wife, daughter or mother to be treated.”

Dr. Andrew Futterman is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). He specializes in vNOTES, a vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery procedure that is minimally invasive. Dr. Futterman serves as an instructor and proctor for training in the vNOTES procedure nationally.

The ability to care for patients throughout the different phases of their lives drew him to practice OB/GYN.

He received his bachelor’s degree at Tulane University and his degree in osteopathic medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, where he was a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi honors fraternity. He completed residency in OB/GYN at Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

Away from work, Dr. Futterman likes to play golf and spend time outdoors with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys going to the beach and the U.S. National Whitewater Center.
