Prior to her PA training, Duncan worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) with Mecklenburg EMS and SWAT, was a lead sensory motor coach for children with neurological and behavioral disorders at Brain Balance Achievement Centers, and served as a medical assistant at a cardiology and primary care practice.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, biology and public health from Elon University. She completed her physician assistant training at Gardner-Webb University.
