“I help treat asthma, which is one of the most common chronic illnesses contributing to school days lost for children and days away from work for parents. I’m also interested in chronic lung disease of premature infants. These babies and their families are amazing and there is nothing more gratifying than to see them make huge strides. My goal is to help families and young patients successfully treat their conditions to live healthy and productive lives.”
Bevilacqua is a board-certified nurse practitioner and certified asthma educator who specializes in pediatric pulmonary medicine.
She received her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their 2 children. They love being outdoors, especially walking on the greenways in Charlotte, NC, and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina. She also loves exercising, running and learning to fly fish.

She was great, she goes over and beyond. She makes you feel welcome and she listens to you. She does not make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about. And my son absolutely loves her. She's great she really listens
This whole group is so awesome, they really listen to me about my grandsons issues and have provided answers and support throughout our time as patients and we look forward to future visits!
