Dr. C. Briana Bertoni is board certified in general pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. She focuses on treating patients in hospitals and urgent care settings.
She is the medical director of neonatal quality improvement at Atrium Health. Additionally, she serves as the site sponsor for the Children's Hospital Neonatal Consortium (CHNC).
Her research interests include quality improvement and patient safety.
Dr. Bertoni received a Master of Business Operational Excellence (MBOE) at The Ohio State University and her medical degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate. She completed residency in pediatrics at Nemours Children’s Health at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She then completed a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine and a clinical fellowship in quality and safety leadership at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Away from work, Dr. Bertoni enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active with her husband and 2 children.
