Deanna graduated from the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2005, and first practiced in Monroe, NC. She joined Cabarrus Pediatrics in 2010 and knew right away she had found “home.”
Deanna is board certified (PNCB) in general pediatrics and currently practices full-time in the Kannapolis satellite office. Although she enjoys all aspects of pediatric practice, her special interest include treatment of children with asthma, acne and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is very active in the education of future nurse practitioners and works with students from numerous universities.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys music, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. She is an avid Tar Heel basketball fan. Deanna, her husband Frankie, and their twins live in Concord.
