Dr. Haden is board certified in internal, pulmonary and critical care medicine. He specializes in cardiovascular and postoperative critical surgical care at Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute. He serves as medical director of the Mattei Cardiothoracic ICU.
He has always been drawn to the complexity of ICU medicine and the profound impact he can have on the lives of patients and their families.
Dr. Haden received his medical degree at West Virginia University. He then completed his residency and fellowship at Duke University.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Haden is an avid fan of West Virginia University football and basketball.
