I developed an interest in health care early in life. In high school, I had a teacher whose daughter was becoming a physician assistant, and it really stood out to me. Growing up in a family involved in health care also helped shape my path. Being exposed to medicine at a young age made it feel like a natural fit.

I focus on providing clear, efficient and thoughtful care. My goal is to keep visits to the point while making sure each patient leaves with something meaningful. Even in a short visit, I hope to share helpful insights that encourage patients to think about their health in a long-term way.

My approach to care is centered on asking the right questions and taking time to review each patient’s history carefully. This helps me provide the best possible answers within the urgent care setting. I’m always honest if further care or a different level of care is needed. During your visit, you can expect an efficient experience with clear communication, multiple opportunities to ask questions and a care plan that is reviewed to ensure understanding.

I am NCCPA certified and also hold DOT and BLS certifications. My background includes experience in emergency medicine, orthopedics and orthopedic surgery, as well as pain management. I have spent most of my career in urgent care, where I enjoy using a broad skill set to treat a wide range of conditions.

• Interpretation of labs, EKGs and basic imaging
• Evidence-based antibiotic prescribing
• Musculoskeletal evaluation and injury care
• Wound care and infection management
• Patient education and discharge planning
• Coordination of care and referral when needed

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, working out and traveling with my family, especially to the mountains. I am married with two wonderful children, and we enjoy spending time together creating memories and finding new adventures.
