Katrina DeDona is a licensed clinical psychologist who holds a doctorate in psychology. She focuses on children and adolescents, trauma and forensic psychology.
She chose psychology because she is interested in how children overcome difficult situations, such as maltreatment, neglect and community violence, and she wanted to help them to foster resilience. She likes to examine how systems impact children's development and their ability to overcome adversity.
She received her doctorate at Xavier University and completed residency at North Dakota State Hospital.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family outside hiking and camping.
