“I enjoy building trust with my clients and creating a safe space for individuals to openly express their life experiences. A key component to my philosophy is the practice of positive self-talk to bolster self-esteem and cultivate empowering perspectives by focusing on the positive aspects of life.”

Rogers is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She focuses on psychiatry and mental and behavioral health. Her areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders and attention deficit disorders as well as neurological and developmental disorders.

Her professional accomplishments include being featured in mental health segments on WCNC-TV Charlotte in North Carolina, being the first to pilot telepsychiatry services in rural counties of North Carolina through Mélange Health Solutions and serving as a speaker at numerous engagements and panels. Beyond her professional endeavors, Rogers actively engages in the Charlotte community, utilizing her mental health expertise to lead and participate in public service initiatives.
