Even when things don’t go as planned, a woman should feel empowered by her experience, amazed by what her body is capable of and at peace because she was involved in decisions that affected the outcome.”
Chiappelli is a board-certified nurse midwife. She specializes in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), including pregnancies, postpartum and well-woman exams.
She has always been fascinated by birth, whether humans or animals. Once she became a nurse, she went straight into labor and delivery and never looked back.
Chiappelli received her master’s degree in nursing at Case Western Reserve University and her certificate as a nurse midwife at Frontier Nursing University.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and several dogs. They love sports and traveling.
