Dr. Makhoul is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. He specializes in pediatric cardiology with a focus on congenital heart disease, fetal cardiology and trans-esophageal echocardiograms.
He received his medical degree at Al-Baath University in Homs, Syria. He completed residency at the University of Iowa and a fellowship at Emory University.
He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and 2 daughters. His favorite activities include biking, tennis and reading nonfiction books.
