Parker is a certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner. Her clinical interests include prenatal care, intrapartum (the onset of labor through delivery), postpartum (the time after childbirth), gynecology and menopause.
Parker has a passion for women's health and taking care of patients at some of their most vulnerable times. She loves the fast-paced environment, and she wants every woman to feel comfortable taking control of their own health care.
She received her master’s degree in nursing at Georgetown University.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in Charleston, SC, with her partner. She loves the beach and would spend all her time hunting for sharks’ teeth if she could. She has a passion for painting and working with acrylics, and she also loves reading mystery and thriller novels, especially by Stephen King.
