Dr. McLoughlin is board certified in internal medicine. He is a hospitalist who specializes in the acute medical care of hospitalized adults.
Dr. McLouglin was drawn to his specialty because it offers him exposure to diverse and sometimes rare conditions. He feels fortunate to practice within a hospital setting where he can prescribe treatments that can quickly benefit patients.
He received his medical degree at St. George's University and completed residency at Rutgers University.
Outside of work, Dr. McLoughlin enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters. He loves going to the gym and being active outdoors, hiking, camping and snowboarding. He also enjoys reading historical novels, both fiction and non-fiction, and autobiographies.
