Shannon Gardner, NP

“Our patients and families are going through some of the toughest times in their lives. I’m passionate about being there for them, talking them through it, sharing my experiences and guiding them.” 

Gardner is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in pediatric hematology-oncology at Atrium Health Levine Children's Specialty Center Cancer & Blood Disorders, a facility of Carolinas Medical Center. She has a special interest in bone marrow transplants and cellular therapies. 

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking and playing at the park with her dog.
