Thomas F. Stout, MD

Dr. Stout is board certified in neurology. He has a clinical interest in the diagnosis and treatment of strokes, seizures, encephalitis, meningitis, myasthenia gravis and Guillain-Barre syndrome. He is the Department of Neurology chief and the site-based medical director at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.

He received his medical degree at East Carolina University and completed a residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.

When not working, Dr. Stout enjoys spending time with his family and their pets, listening to music and going to the beach.
