My experiences working alongside youth impacted by trauma, brain injury and chronic medical conditions drew me to this specialty. I value empowering youth and families experiencing adversity. I believe in validating caregivers’ concerns, problem solving with families and providing appropriate recommendations to support a child’s development.
I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and specialize in pediatrics with a focus on neurodevelopment assessments for youth with developmental delays and learning challenges.
I received my doctorate at Kent State University. I completed a predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Duke University.
I’m married and enjoy walking my dog with my husband, weightlifting and reading mystery novels.
