Dr. King is board certified in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. He specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry with a focus on depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, psychosis and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
The influence of his professors and mentors and the research he studied motivated him to choose a career in psychiatry.
Dr. King received his medical degree at Vanderbilt University.
He is married and has 1 child. In his free time, he enjoys his family, bicycling, swimming and rowing.
