Dr. Asher is a neurosurgeon practicing as president of the Atrium Health Neurosciences Institute, surgical director of the neuro-oncology program at Levine Cancer Institute and the Neurological Surgery Residency Program director at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. His clinical practice interests, include spine surgery, brain tumors, skull base tumors, neurosurgery, epilepsy surgery, trigeminal neuralgia and radiosurgery.
