Ruth Krystopolski, MBA is the Senior Vice President of the Population Health Division at Atrium Health, where she oversees the development and implementation of value-based care models across the organization. Krystopolski leads care management functions system-wide, Community Health initiatives, Carolinas Poison Control Center and is responsible for Health Works, Continuing Care Partners of Greater Mecklenburg County (CCPGM) and Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC). Krystopolski leads the coordination of initiatives including, but not limited to, value-based and alternative payment arrangements (such as bundled payments and potential accountable care organizations) and works together with colleagues on implementation of new delivery models.
