At Atrium Health, we’re dedicated to addressing the community’s mental and behavioral health needs both inside and outside our walls. We’re committed to the effort in many ways, from building a dedicated behavioral health hospital to embedding virtual mental health services into primary care.

Mental Health First Aid Course Offered at Atrium Health

Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses.

Mental Health First Aid offers a range of comprehensive skills-based early-intervention courses. Our courses teach learners how to identify, understand and respond to signs or symptoms of mental health or substance use challenges. Decrease stigma, address tough challenges, and make a positive difference in the lives of those around you by getting certified.
