Aimee De Poortere, MS, NBC-HWC, LMC
Aimee is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness coach, trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and a Lifestyle Medicine Coach, trained at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Her coaching experience includes healthy weight, physical activity, stress management, and sleep. Aimee now utilizes all of her past experience and learnings to support Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Cancer patients on their journey to improved health and wellness.
