Description

In this class, you’ll learn how breastfeeding works, including:


  • Newborn nutritional needs and feeding patterns
  • How to position your baby for breastfeeding
  • How to help your baby latch
  • How to establish a good milk supply
  • How to know your baby is getting enough milk


You’ll also learn when and where to get breastfeeding help if you need it, both at the hospital and after you go home. Learning the basics of breastfeeding, realistic expectations, and starting off with a positive attitude will help you have a better experience breastfeeding your baby!
