Quality sleep plays a vital role in physical health, mental well-being, energy levels, immune function, weight management, and chronic disease prevention. During this session, you'll learn why sleep matters, how poor sleep impacts overall health, and practical strategies to improve your sleep habits.

In addition to our sleep discussion, participants will enjoy a live healthy summer snack demonstration, featuring easy, refreshing, and nutritious snack ideas perfect for warm-weather gatherings. Recipes and tips will be provided so you can recreate these healthy treats at home.
