To protect our community from the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Atrium Health’s advance directive workshops are being offered virtually. Please see the list below for dates and times and to register for our workshops for residents of the Carolinas. Workshops for Georgia residents will be offered soon.

We would like to thank our community partners for supporting these workshops: Cabarrus County Public Library, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, Council on Aging in Union County, Ellen Fitzgerald Senior Center and Union County Public Library.

For questions about workshops or to sign up for a workshop, please contact 704-631-1152 or YourCareYourChoice@AtriumHealth.org. A link will be emailed to those signed up for a virtual event.
