Medical Records Walk-In Locations

Due to COVID-19, all medical records walk-in locations are currently closed. 

You can get portions of your medical records by visiting any hospital walk-in location most convenient for you.

All hospital walk-in locations are closed for a 30-minute lunch break.

To receive the best customer service, please arrive at least 15 minutes before time of closing so that we can best help you.

Please note that medical record department walk-in offices are closed on weekends and holidays; however, customers needing assistance may call our 24/7 service center at 704-667-9500.
