You’ll pay an annual subscription fee. The subscription fee is not covered by insurance.
You may be able to use your HSA to pay the subscription fee. Call customer service for your HSA and ask if your plan may be used for subscription-based care. The customer service number can usually be found on the back of your HSA card.

Yes. We accept most medical insurance, and the billing in our practice functions just like any other medical office. All costs associated with medical services are billed to your insurance company.
Your insurance will be billed for your doctor’s visit. According to your health insurance plan, you may have to pay a copay or deductible at the end of your appointment.
You can access your electronic medical record online with MyAtriumHealth. That includes things like your medical history, test results and immunization records. You may also get a copy of your medical record at our office.
