You’ll pay an annual subscription fee. The subscription fee is not covered by insurance.
You may be able to use your HSA to pay the subscription fee. Call customer service for your HSA and ask if your plan may be used for subscription-based care. The customer service number can usually be found on the back of your HSA card.
Yes, for your convenience we offer video visits that can be easily scheduled with your provider, just like an in-person visit. These visits are confidential and take place using our secure MyAtriumHealth portal. Your provider can diagnose and treat many health concerns virtually, as well as prescribe needed medications.
Yes. Specialist referrals will be made as needed for your care. This includes seamless access to the top specialists and more advanced services of Atrium Health, the region’s most-preferred health system.
Yes. We accept most medical insurance, and the billing in our practice functions just like any other medical office. All costs associated with medical services are billed to your insurance company.
Your insurance will be billed for your doctor’s visit. According to your health insurance plan, you may have to pay a copay or deductible at the end of your appointment.
You can access your electronic medical record online with MyAtriumHealth. That includes things like your medical history, test results and immunization records. You may also get a copy of your medical record at our office.
