You (or a loved one) may find partial hospitalization care beneficial if you:
Our team of psychotherapists and psychiatrists specializes in helping you recover and achieve lasting positive change. Your personalized treatment plan will be based on your specific symptoms. Here are some of the services we offer:
Individual therapy: You’ll meet with a licensed therapist to discuss your symptoms and work on developing coping skills to meet your unique goals.
Group therapy: You’ll be able to share your problems and experiences with others going through similar challenges, all while working with a licensed therapist.
Medication management: You’ll speak with a psychiatrist or an advanced practice provider to determine the most effective medication for relieving your symptoms. Caregivers and other medical providers will also be involved to ensure medication is taken appropriately and working effectively.
Recreational therapy: In activity groups, you’ll work on team building and problem solving to improve your physical and social skills.
Family education and support: You’ll engage in weekly sessions that foster meaningful connections for both you and your family and help everyone understand your needs and treatment progress.
Psychoeducational classes: These classes are designed to help you understand your disorder better and learn effective coping strategies.
You’ll receive expert care tailored to your specific needs. Our approach includes daily group therapy, supportive counseling, discharge planning, medication management and other vital services.
Upon your arrival, we’ll warmly welcome you and your family. Together, we’ll start with an initial assessment, which helps us create a personalized care plan just for you.
The hours of our program are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Each day starts with a morning check-in, where you’ll have the chance to touch base and prepare for the day ahead. Following this, you’ll take part in group therapy and individual therapy sessions. During the midday break, you can enjoy a meal and relax.
Patient attendance each day is expected in this voluntary program.
We’ll work closely with you to evaluate your readiness to leave the program. As you get ready for this step, we provide personalized discharge planning and ongoing support.
