Rupali Bose, MS, MBA

Manager, Application Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in IT and collaborating with investigators on patient health care data, Rupali Bose leads the LCI Observational Research Data Core (LORDC) and is responsible for resource assignment, data processing, variable selection and managing all LORDC projects to completion. She is adept in extract, transform and load tools, designing and managing databases, and developing web-based applications. While working for LCI, she has done significant work to streamline the management and functionality of the LORDC database, which securely stores patients’ clinical data and outcomes to be used for observational cancer research. Bose has contributed to multiple publications in distinguished journals, including the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Cancer. Bose collaborates with colleagues across the LORDC team, as well as with biostatisticians and physicians, to build new data registries for various cancer types and manage existing registries. Bose leads the development of standard operating procedures and the hiring and training of new members in the department.
