Mobile Integrated Health

Atrium Health’s Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program makes it easy to receive follow-up care at home once you’re discharged from the hospital. Through our “home visit” program, MIH paramedics work with Atrium Health providers, utilizing emergency care resources in a non-emergency setting to enhance access to health care.

One of our program’s biggest differentiators is our ability to integrate virtual care into home visits: Using virtual technology, MIH paramedics bring Atrium Health providers into the comfort of home and provide specialized, convenient care.
