“I chose maternal-fetal medicine because it allows me to help pregnant patients who need the most care. The field presents a lot of difficult circumstances, and it's gratifying to help people through those situations.”
Dr. Dom is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). He focuses on high-risk pregnancies and prenatal diagnostic testing, including chorionic villus sampling.
His research interests include pre-term pre-labor rupture of membranes, diabetes in pregnancy and racial inequities in obstetrics.
Dr. Dom received his medical degree at Marshall University. He completed residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center and a fellowship at the University of Rochester.
In his free time, he enjoys going to concerts, traveling, fitness and reading.
