I’m board certified in family medicine and lifestyle medicine. My clinical interests include integrative medicine, lifestyle medicine and integrative oncology (cancer).
I was drawn to integrative medicine and oncology by a desire to meet each person where they are and help them take an active role in their care through the use of nutrition, lifestyle and mind-body practices to enhance their well-being and quality of life.
I received my Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Vermont and my medical degree at the Robert Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. I completed residency in family medicine at the Maine Medical Center at Tufts University and a fellowship in integrative medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my spouse and 2 young children. We love getting into craft projects and building forts, reading children's books, playing board games, gardening, doing yoga and having tea parties in our backyard.
