Searles is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in pediatrics. She is skilled in treating patients with developmental delays, autism, hearing loss, neurofibromatosis, Down syndrome and 22q11.2 deletion syndrome.

Searles received her physician assistant training at Springfield College.

She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and 3 children.
