“What I enjoy most about my job is helping people understand chronic health problems and make changes to improve their overall health and quality of life.”

Langford is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine and provides care for both children and adults. She is especially interested in diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, anticoagulation, nutrition and diet education.

Langford was inspired to be a nurse because of her interest in science and her desire to help people. She chose family medicine because she wanted to encourage patients to live healthier lives and avoid chronic illnesses.

She earned her nursing degree from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Langford is an outdoor adventurer who enjoys running, hiking, kayaking and camping. She’s also fond of travel.
