Biography

“Being a nurse practitioner is a calling to serve people during some of their most difficult times. I enjoy equipping people with education and knowledge to feel empowered and improve their health.”

LeBlanc is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She focuses on sick and well visits for children and adults, preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health screenings, tobacco cessation and health education.

She is passionate about providing care to the most vulnerable and underserved communities, and accomplishes her goals by serving on the mobile primary care team.

LeBlanc received her master’s degree in nursing at Wilkes University.

She enjoys spending her free time with family, making home-cooked meals or exploring the outdoors, especially the mountains and the beach. A devoted animal lover, she has 3 dogs and 5 rabbits.
