Biography

“I am passionate about helping my patients achieve their goals and enjoy life to the fullest. My primary goal is to provide patients with a personalized, comprehensive plan designed to address their unique needs. My focus is on regaining function and overcoming pain to allow patients to return to the activities they love.”

Dr. Amy Trammell is board certified in orthopedics. She has a clinical interest in treating injuries of the forearm, wrist and hand.

She values the direct impact she can have on patients and the potential for innovation in musculoskeletal care.

Dr. Trammell received her bachelor’s degrees in genetics and philosophy at Clemson University and her medical degree at the University of South Carolina. She completed residency in orthopedics at Wake Forest University and a hand fellowship at the University of Florida.

She is married with 2 children. In her spare time, Dr. Trammell enjoys cooking, hosting friends and family, working out and going to yoga classes.
