Children are born with infinite potential, and I am motivated to ensure their bodies and minds are optimized to succeed.”
Dr. Pickersgill is board certified in pediatrics. She has a clinical interest in newborn care, breastfeeding medicine, caring for children with chronic illnesses and early childhood development. She is also passionate about a care model called centering, which focuses on providing patient-centered care in a group setting.
Dr. Pickersgill received her medical degree at the University of North Carolina and completed a residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
When not working, Dr. Pickersgill enjoys spending time with her husband, their children and their extended family. One of their favorite pastimes is having dance parties in their kitchen.
They love spending time in the water, be it area lakes, the ocean or their neighborhood pool.
