Dr. Kowalczyk is board certified in pediatrics. She has a special interest in breastfeeding medicine.
Caring for children has been a dream and goal of Dr. Kowalczyk’s since starting medical school. She finds their honesty and curiosity refreshing, and they are the reason she enjoys going to work every day.
She received the Intern of the Year Award during her residency and was inducted into The Arnold P. Gold Foundation Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Dr. Kowalczyk received her medical degree from the University of Florida and completed her residency at the University of North Carolina.
She loves spending time with her husband and son. They enjoy going on walks, listening to music and reading. Dr. Kowalczyk also enjoys gardening in her free time.
