Biography

“My goal is to provide the highest level of compassion and care to my patients by working with a multidisciplinary team that can truly offer support to a family in need. So many of our patients with chronic illnesses require support and care beyond the doctor. It is the job of a children's hospital to provide the complete care needed to support the patient and their family.”

Dr. Chadha is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology. He specializes in tracheostomy and ventilator dependence, complex aerodigestive disorders and cystic fibrosis.

He serves as specialty medical director of Pediatric Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology and Sleep Medicine as well as medical director of Pediatric Respiratory Care at Atrium Health Levine Children's Specialty Center - Pediatric Pulmonology. In addition to these roles, he serves as associate program director of Atrium Health Levine Children’s Cystic Fibrosis Center.

He’s been recognized as an Atrium Health Physician Leader of the Year and a Charlotte Magazine Top Doctor for multiple years.

Currently, Dr. Chadha is involved in multiple research and clinical trials related to cystic fibrosis. He’s also a clinical consultant to Electromed, Genentech and International Biophysics for cystic fibrosis-related products. Finally, Dr. Chadha participates in a systematic review of tracheostomy and ventilator dependent patients, including their treatment and outcomes at Levine Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Chadha received his medical degree at Augusta University and completed a residency at the University of South Carolina. He completed a fellowship at Vanderbilt University.
