Biography

“I practice medicine to prevent disease, to improve health and reduce human suffering so patients can live their lives in good health. I enjoy the practice of internal medicine because, as an internist, I am uniquely positioned to educate and assist patients in the prevention and management of chronic diseases in order to ensure they are healthy enough to live full and active lives in pursuit of their goals, dreams and ambitions.”

Dr. Babatola Durojaiye is board certified in internal medicine. He focuses on preventive health, chronic disease management and has extensive experience in acute and chronic inpatient medicine.

Dr. Durojaiye received his medical degree at the University of Jos in Nigeria and completed residency in internal medicine at Mountainside Hospital. He received his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) at the University of Tampa and his law degree (JD) at Stetson University.

Dr. Durojaiye is married with 2 adult sons. He is an avid reader of a wide range of genres, including emerging neuroscience and the human mind and personal finance. In his spare time, he practices law with a focus on international taxation and elder law. He also loves to golf and walk in nature.
