“Not only does being a CRNA offer professional autonomy and a great work/life balance, but it also allows me to make a significant impact by taking care of people when they are most vulnerable.”
Brandon Paluba is a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
His previous experience as a nurse in the emergency room and the intensive care unit led to his interest in critical care, patient advocacy and nursing autonomy.
Paluba authored the article, “Understanding Anesthesia Providers’ Utilization of Lung Protective Ventilation Strategies,” which was published to the ProQuest platform.
He received his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), with a specialty in nurse anesthesia across the lifespan, at the University of North Carolina.
He is married and has 4 rescue dogs. Paluba enjoys watching sports, especially hockey, and traveling abroad.
