“The world is a better place when people have access to quality health care, and I believe it's an absolute honor and privilege to be part of this. I love my patients, and I thoroughly enjoy the day-to-day practice of medicine.”
Brandon Simpson is a board-certified physician assistant who focuses on caring for patients in emergency settings. Conditions he treats include lacerations, abscesses, ocular diseases, musculoskeletal injuries, cardiac and lung conditions, intra-abdominal conditions and neurological conditions.
He chose emergency medicine because he wants to be the first person patients see when they are in need of medical attention. It was also a natural transition following his time as a paramedic and an Army National Guard combat medic.
Simpson received his master’s degree in health science at Duke University.
Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, working out at the gym, reading memoirs and playing an occasional video game.
