Dr. Hozik is board certified in family medicine. She focuses on women’s health and gynecological care, adolescent medicine, preventive medicine and the management of chronic conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.
She is inspired to form long-term relationships with patients across the full spectrum of family medicine care and relishes the opportunities to further her own interests within the specialty.
Dr. Hozik has received the Dr. Palmira Silva Snape Scholarship Award for Volunteer Service, the Dean's Academic Scholarship Award at the Medical University of South Carolina and was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She received her medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed residency in family medicine at Thomas Jefferson University.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their active child. They like festivals, children’s museums, used bookstores, good food, music, dancing and relaxing on their back porch.
