“I am passionate about providing care in a high-acuity setting where teamwork, critical thinking and decisive action truly make a difference.”
Caitlin Baker is a board-certified physician assistant. She focuses on critical care medicine and care for people in medical, trauma and neurological intensive care settings.
She chose to work in the ICU because it demands both medical knowledge and emotional resilience, both of which require vigilance, adaptability and collaboration. She values being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that aids in meaningful recoveries and provides the highest level of patient care.
Baker received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Bridgeport.
She enjoys spending her leisure time with her daughter and husband. They especially like being outdoors together, trying new restaurants and taking part in seasonal family activities.
