Ussery is a dual board-certified family nurse practitioner. She specializes in family medicine and psychiatry.
She holds professional memberships in Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Epsilon Tau Sigma National Honor Society of Nursing, Metrolina Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Ussery received her master’s degree in nursing at Winston Salem State University and completed her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) training at Maryville University. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Frontier Nursing University.
Away from work, Ussery loves spending time with her family and traveling around the world to learn about different cultures.
