Cassandra Marie Graeff, MD

I love watching kids grow, learn new things and become their own people with individual personalities. I value supporting parents and caregivers and helping them tackle obstacles, address concerns and celebrate victories.

After taking an anatomy and physiology class in high school, I knew becoming a doctor was my dream. I developed a love for working with children while caring for my younger brother and sister while I was in high school and college. I loved to teach them new things, help them accomplish their goals and make sure they were safe and healthy.

Kids are so resilient, and it makes taking care of them so rewarding. I also love working with teens. There are so many unique stresses and challenges that teens face, and as their pediatrician, I want to do my best to help them navigate these challenges, feel seen and heard and become an active participant in their health care.

I am board certified in pediatrics. I have a special interest in behavior and mental health concerns, including attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression and anxiety. I treat children from newborns through age 21.

I received my medical degree at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and completed residency at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Outside of work, my husband and I love spending time with our son, our three dogs, Roxy, Daisy and Dewey and our cat, Binx. We love being outdoors jogging, fishing, walking on trails and going to the beach.
