Catherine Morrow is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP) who specializes in adult general cardiology.
Her interest in cardiology stems from when her father became ill with heart disease. Walking through that experience with him showed her just how much caring, knowledgeable providers can impact a person’s life. It inspired her to focus her career on helping others protect their heart health, feel supported and understand their care every step of the way.
Morrow received her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Outside of work, she loves staying active and finding new ways to move. Morrow trains and competes in HYROX competitions and 5 and 10K races, which keep her challenged and motivated. When she’s not working out, she loves spending time with friends and her dog, Charlie. Staying connected to the people and dog she loves keeps her grounded and energized, and Morrow lives by the motto that a cup of good coffee a day can fix most of her problems.
